9. Declaration & signature

Easy Support Services collects this information to set up your employment and meet our obligations as a registered NDIS provider and employer. Full details are in the Privacy Collection Notice and the Employee Handbook.

By signing, you confirm that:

  • the information you've provided is true, complete and accurate, including your tax and super details;
  • you have provided, or will provide, the documents listed;
  • ESS may verify your documents with the issuing authority;
  • false or misleading information may result in the offer being withdrawn or employment terminated;
  • you've read the privacy notice.

Onboarding submitted

Thank you. Your details and documents have been sent to Easy Support Services. We'll review everything and be in touch about your contract and induction. Welcome aboard.

What happens next:
  1. ESS checks your documents are valid and in date.
  2. Your contract & position description come to you to sign (DocuSign).
  3. You're set up in ESIO and asked to acknowledge our policies.
  4. A short induction, then you're activated and ready for shifts.
